The terms for ordering a Nimmo book.

Your order
You see the price of the book and of delivery before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Your order is confirmed when the payment goes through, and we email you then.
Personalised books
Each book is printed for one child with the details you enter, and each puzzle with your picture and words. You see it before you pay. Write to us before it is sent to print and we change or cancel it at no cost. Because it is made for you alone, we don't take it back because you changed your mind.
Delivery
We send every book and puzzle with a tracking number, which we email you when it ships. The arrival date we show is an estimate from our printer and courier.
Reprints
If your book or puzzle has a print fault or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we reprint it and send it free; you don't need to send it back. If a detail you entered was wrong and the book is already printed, we reprint it at a reduced price.
