Returns and reprints
Every book is printed for one child. If something is wrong with it, we put it right.
A print fault or damage in delivery
We reprint your book or puzzle and send it free. You don't need to send the faulty one back.
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
A mistake in the details
You read every page before you pay, so please check names and spelling there. If you spot a mistake after paying, write to us before the book is sent to print and we fix it at no cost. Once it is printed, we reprint it at a reduced price.
Changing your mind
Every book and puzzle is made for you alone, so we can't take it back because you changed your mind. Until it is sent to print, you can cancel and we refund you in full.
